Montgomery County resident Zachary Weber, of Fort Plain, was arrested Monday, March 17, on an active warrant issued by the Town of Palatine Court.

It came a week after employees at a Dunkin’ Donuts store in Palatine Bridge called police reporting that a male drive-thru customer had exposed himself to a worker on Tuesday, March 11, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Officials said.

An investigation found that Weber had in fact shown up to the Dunkin’ drive-thru and exposed himself “in a lewd manner” by showing his genitals while engaging with a store employee, sheriff’s officials said.

Following his arrest, Weber was arraigned at the Town of Palatine Court on one count of public lewdness, a misdemeanor. A judge ordered him released on his own recognizance while the case proceeds.
